His own agencies' numbers don't back him up — one claim was inflated tenfold, another turns the gathering of mostly public voter data into a "hack." This isn't spin. It's the record. Record
The declassified documents describe China collecting largely public voter data — names, phone numbers, addresses. Not altering a single vote. His own intelligence community said in 2021 China wanted to gauge opinion, not flip an outcome. Calling that a "compromise" is a distortion, not a finding.

278,000 noncitizens found on voter rolls

Record
DHS's own confirmed number is ~28,000 — the other 250,000 is an unverified estimate with no disclosed method. Heritage Foundation, the conservative group most often cited on this, has logged only ~100 verified noncitizen votes in 20 years nationwide. The headline number doesn't hold up.

Record
61 of 62 Trump-campaign lawsuits lost, 30 decided on the merits by judges — many of them Trump appointees. Georgia hand-recounted 5 million ballots and got the same result. His own Attorney General and DHS said, on the record, there was no fraud that changed the outcome. This claim has been checked more than almost any in American history, and it still doesn't hold.
